Ingredients:
Red Chilli - 5-6
Dhaniya - 1 tblsp
Mustard Seeds, Jeera - 3/4 tblsp each
Daliya (Fried Chana / Hurgadle) - 2 tblsp
Dry Coconut Powder - 1 1/2 tblsp
Urad Dal - 1tblsp
Method:
Dry roast ONLY urad dal, and grind it with rest of the ingredients to a fine powder.
Above ingredients can be increased in quantity proportionately and more amount can be prepared and stored in freezer.
