Vangi Baath Pudi

Ingredients:

Chanadal - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1 cup
Dhaniya seeds - 3/4 cup
Red Chilli - 2-1/2 cup (press well)
Pepper Seeds - 1 spoon
Jeera + Methi seeds - 1 spoon
Dalchini - 1 big stick
Cloves - 5-6
Poppy Seeds - 1 spoon
Jaiphal - 1 piece
Elaichi - 2-3

Method:

1. Dry roast urad dal and Chanda dal separately.
2. In very little heated oil, fry pepper, jeera, methi, dalchini, cloves, jaiphal, elaichi. After some time add dhaniya seeds and red chilli.
3. After all items are friend well, add poppy seeds.
4. Take off from heat, and mix chana dal and urad dal. Let it cool completely.
5. Grind into coarse powder.

Vangi Baath Powder ready.
