Ingredients:
Pudina leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1.5 cup
Green Chilli - 4-5
Kadipatta - 7-8 leaves
Onion - 1 small, chopped
Tamarind paste - 2 tbsp
Jaggery - 1 tsp
Daliya (Fried Chana) - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. In heated oil, fry green chillies, kadipatta and Onion.
2. Once onion turns pink, add pudina and coriander leaves. cook till the leaves reduce.
3. Take off from heat, and let it cool. Then mix in Daliya, tamarind paste and jaggery.
4. Grind into fine paste.
Pudina Chutney ready.
